Senior Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced senior Product Manager with a background in FinTech. The overall purpose of this position as a senior product manager is developing and managing in our core product
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Developing product Strategies and roadmaps.
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
- Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users.
- Translate product strategy and vision into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize and scope activities based on their business and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.
- Lead product launches in collaboration with the marketing team, operation team, and other product management team members.
- Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on our products and services.
- Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows.
- Perform market research and analysis
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of product management experience within the FinTech industry.
- Strong organizational٫ leadership and communication skills.
- domain knowledge of trading/exchange platforms is a huge advantage.
- The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, operation and other teams.
- Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts.
- A data-informed work style.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective product and marketing strategies.
